Welcome to February, for most of us one of the coldest months of the year. But also the month with perhaps the most unique collection of holidays and events to celebrate. There seems to be a little of something for everyone. We’ve got the regulars—Punxsutawney Phil, Superbowl Sunday and Valentine’s Day. And the special guests that fall in February this year—the 2010 Winter Olympics and Mardi Gras.

This morning we kicked off the first major event of February, with a weather report from Phil himself. It appears he saw his shadow, therefore we can expect six more weeks of frigidness!
