APP UPDATE: CoPilot Live HD North America for iPad 3G *IMPORTANT BUG FIXES*

CoPilot Live HDToday we’ve released an app update for CoPilot Live HD North America iPad 3G customers.  The free update is available to download immediately from iTunes:  CoPilot Live HD North America Version 8.2.0.478

This version fixes the following bugs that appeared in the previous version we released on February 15, 2011:

  • Corrupted POIs error that appeared on start up
  • Corrupted voice files
  • Problem downloading the monthly MapSure map maintenance update

We apologize for the inconvenience of having to deal with these bugs over the last days.  We appreciate everyone that immediately alerted us so we could fix them right away!

    what’s the diff between CoPilot Live USA for $5 and CoPilot Live v8, NA (Download) for $30? USA doesn’t have the software?

      Hi Dave,

      The CoPilot Live North America iphone/Android app is currently available for $19.99 and includes on-board maps of USA & Canada, Text-to-Speech voice guidance as standard and an extended set of POIs. The CoPilot Live USA iPhone/Android app is currently available for $4.99 and includes on-board maps of USA and standard voice guidance. Text-to-Speech voice guidance is available via in-app purchase for iPhone customers for a one-time fee of $2.99.

      The CoPilot Live HD North America iPad 3G app is $29.99 and includes on-board maps of USA & Canada, Text-to-Speech voice guidance, an extended set of POIs, hi-res graphics and split screen views.

      ALK will provide MapSure updates for CoPilot Live Norht America v8 customers for free through the life of your product version.
