In response to numerous customer requests, we are delighted to introduce the CoPilot Live Community Forum, a new interactive forum for CoPilot Live users to help each other with support-related questions or search for solutions.  It’s also a place where you can share with us ideas for new features or suggest improvements. 

We hope it will become a valuable channel where regular users can share their experiences, knowledge and views with other CoPilot Live customers.  We’ll also be monitoring the site to ensure accurate and timely answers are provided when needed.

 The forum is powered by the widely used Get Satisfaction system and offers four ways for you to participate:

1. Ask a question: You can post a question or search questions that other users have asked previously
2. Share an idea: Let us know how you would improve CoPilot Live. We’re always open to new feature ideas and suggestions for future products
3. Report a problem: If you are having difficulties or have a technical glitch with CoPilot Live then you can flag it to us here and we’ll be sure to check into it immediately
4. Give praise: Enjoying your CoPilot Live?  Then please share.  We fully admit we love to hear when you’re happy with our products!
