If you already own an ActiveTraffic subscription for your CoPilot Live v8 app, it’s easy to transfer your existing subscription to your new Premium or Standard app to continue using our real-time traffic service.
Here’s how to transfer your subscription on iPhone, iPad or Android:
- If you haven’t already, be sure to sign in and register your CoPilot. To do so, tap MyCoPilot > Sign in or Register > Use existing CoPilot ID (*Please make sure the CoPilot ID is the one you used in v8 so that we can find your subscription information.)
- Once you are signed in, tap MyCoPilot > My Account > Transfer Subscriptions
- You do not need to do anything with your existing v8 app.

Hi I already got copilotlive with guys. But I got it with my old android phone what I got now is iphone4 and my question is how to tranfer my account from android to iphone4 cause I do t have a android phone anymore and yes before I solt it I refresh that phone like new so I did erase Copylot of it. Pleaseet me know thanks

We cannot transfer CoPilot Live licenses from one OS to another. We only have the ability to transfer a license from an Android device to another Android device or an iPhone to another iPhone.

I have a Motorola Droid (Original) I have been using CoPilot 8 with active traffic for some time. I recently purchased CoPilot Premium (ver 9) and followed the directions for transferring Active Traffic to the Premium version. On a recent trip Active Traffic would only work periodically. Today I tried to use it and nothing. I went to Ver 8 and Active Traffic worked. What am I doing wrong?

I have CoPilot Live North America Ver 8 with Active Traffic on my iPhone 3GS. I have purchased CoPilot Live Premium Ver 9. I want to transfer my Active Traffic account to Ver 9, but I do not want to have it deactivated on Ver 8 because I am still having some issues with the new release. If I transfer Active Traffic to Ver 9 will I loss it in Ver 8?
