We’ve just released a free update for all of our CoPilot Live Premium and Standard GPS navigation apps for iPhone and iPad.
It’s available to download immediately through the iTunes App Store, and brings a variety of improvements and fixes to make navigating with CoPilot Live Premium and CoPilot Live Standard even better.

- -Improved ability to transfer a CoPilot Live v8 traffic subscription to CoPilot Live Premium or Standard†

Stay up to date with MapSure
This app update includes a free quarterly map update as part of our MapSure program.
MapSure is available to CoPilot Live v8, Premium and Standard customers and includes monthly improvement downloads and a completely updated map once per quarter. Customers with CoPilot Live v8, Premium or Standard for Android should re-download their maps via WiFi from in-app to ensure you’ve got the latest maps available.
If you do notice a road, street or address that you think needs updating, simply report a map improvement to us today via our website or directly from within the CoPilot Live app itself.

Hello Copilot team,
i would like to make several comments / suggestions for the next update:
selection of Directions view:
all turn points
next turn point
AND
map view
by just clicking the arrows. Now to get back to the map view is cumbersome (somewhere in the menues)
I still would like to have the possibility to have all turn points and the map (divided screen) like in v8 on my android smartphone (desire) in landscape mode.
Why did you take it away?

important: current position:
you took away the display possibility of the current position (current road). At highways this is no problem (higway signs in map) but in cities I definitely want to have the current road displayed. Suggestion: bar in the upper part of the screen, or smaller font and integration in the lower part. Maybe optional display (on/off).
In General I would like to have more setting possibilities of the newly designed info bar, maybe by using the other corners of the screen as well.

Great Update! Keep up the good work. Would still like to see the option of just having the map view show speed, direction, and street name without having to select a destination. Sometimes you just want the GPS to be in a “Follow Me” mode.
Also still don’t ever see speed limit’s on any roads even though in the settings it’s turned on. Idea’s?

Thank you very much for the great feedback! Certain speed-limit information may not be coming up on certain routes because we don’t have the information yet, however we are always looking to update them. I will make sure to relay your suggestions to the rest of my team.
