At CoPilot Live, we’re always looking for ways to improve our app. One of the ways in which we demonstrate this is through our ALK MapSure™ service. Our goal is to keep our customers up to date with accurate maps delivered through quarterly and monthly map updates.
As a CoPilot Live user you can help us and other users in this process. For example, if you find a missing address, street, or an exit signpost that needs correcting or anything else that needs to be fixed, you can submit correction details direct to us via our web-site or through your app.

Here’s how to report a map improvement.
1) Go through our website to our ALK MapSure™ page and submit it through there.
2) Submit it via in App by going to Main Menu>MyCoPilot>Submit a Map Improvement.
-Enter your name and email address so we can contact you when your request is finished. Tap Next.
-Select the type of map issue you want to report. Tap Next.
-Tap the area on the map where your issue is located. Tap Next.
-Select a GPS Track for additional information if you choose. Tap Next.
-Include any additional details regarding your map issue that will help us resolve the issue. Tap Submit.
We’ve just released a complete map update featuring our latest 2011 Q2 map data for all CoPilot Live Premium and Standard North America and USA CoPilot Live customers. This update adds thousands of new miles to the roads in the U.S. and Canada map data and hundreds of map improvements submitted by customers.
If you haven’t already, be sure to download the quarterly map update for your Android or iPhone.

Instructional error.
Even though you screen shot shows it, the instructions:
“2) Submit it via in App by going to Main Menu> Submit a Map Improvement.”
misses a step, which is to elect the “MyCoPilot” Tab.

Hi Alan, thank you for catching that for us.
I do not have this button (German version), but I’d like to.
