Commuting by typing in the address on your GPS each time can be a real hassle. That’s why CoPilot Live Premium My Places feature is the easier, safer way to use your GPS navigation. You won’t be fussing to put an address in before driving, everything will already be set. With My Places you can save important locations, such as your home, work or favorite locations.

Another great and useful aspect to this feature is recent places, for those occasions when a return visit to an unfamiliar location is required

Using My Places

Home: Enter your home address and save it as one of your favorite locations so you can select it easily when you want to plan a journey to and from your home.

 -Go To: Menu>My Places>Favorites>Home>Enter Address 

Your home address will be saved in your Favorites list.

 -Go To: Menu>My Places>Favorites>Home   

anytime you want to easily plan a route to or from home.

Work: Save your Work address to give you a quick and easy way to navigate to work

-Go To: Menu>My Places> Favorites tab>Work>Enter Address

Your work address will be saved in your Favorites list.

Creating Favorites- You can also easily save your favorite destinations and easily navigate to them by creating a favorite

Add a favorite

1) Tap on the Map

In CoPilot Live Premium, simply tap on any road on the map to display a pop-up info box. Tap on the info box arrow to

view details about that location. You can select ‘Add to Favorites’ from this screen.

2) Add a Favorite from the Destination Info Box 

Once you have entered your destination you’ll see the My Route screen.

Your destination will be displayed with an info box. Tap on the info box arrow to view details. You can ‘Add to Favorites’ from this screen too.

Managing a Favorite

From the Go To menu select My Places and select the Favorites tab

Your list of favorites will be displayed.
Press the Edit button in the top right of the screen.
You can now do the following:

1) Delete a Favorite. Press the Red circle with a cross displayed alongside each favorite
2) Rename a Favorite. Press the screwdriver/wrench icon to the right of each favorite and enter a name in the text box
3) Make a Favorite your Home or Work location. As with renaming, press the screwdriver/wrench icon to the right of the favorite
