Just purchased product for my wife’s iPhone on 8/22/2011. ActiveTraffic™ not able to be downloaded via in-app purchase. Posting boards indicate adding “ActiveTraffic™ is a disaster for the Android phone also.
Also, CoPilot made a nearby address my “Home” address, wouldn’t let me edit it or delete it.
Is it me, or is this app a Royal Pain in the Butt? Do I now need to purchase the TomTom app?
Hi Brian
Sorry to hear you’re having some issues with the ActiveTraffic – our support team should be able to help with this – http://www.copilotlive.com/support
It’s not related to the subject but I’m gonna ask one question.
I’ve been using copilot 8 for a year (losing active traffic because of replacement phone for insurance). While I’m trying to find out the way to buy active traffic subscription (that little program has gone i think) I found out new version of copilot is relased. What I don’t understand is why there is no option for current user to upgrade. It seems like if you want to upgrade you gotta pay another full retail price. Maybe a lot of guys with previous version just hasitate to pay another full retail price for upgrade just like me? Or is there any upgrade program like any other software vender so just I didn’t know about that?
No, K Park….no upgrade programs. This is the app that keepsyou paying, and paying and paying. Which wouldn’t be so bad if it actually worked well, but it doesn’t.
