The Holidays are fast approaching and that typically includes some type of traveling. Whether you’re going a long distance or just around the corner to your family’s house, now is the time to get your maps updated. We’ve released a complete map update featuring our latest 2011 Q3 map data for all North America and USA CoPilot Live customers. This adds thousands of new miles of roads in the U.S. and Canada and hundreds of map improvements submitted by customers. The free map update is available immediately for all platforms including: iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows Mobile.

Here’s how to get the latest quarterly map update:

• For iPhone & iPad  CoPilot Live customers: You can download the latest free Quarterly map update via the latest application update in your iTunes
• For Android CoPilot Live Customers: You can download the latest version of maps directly from your phone using CoPilot Live. Within the app, go to MyCoPilot > My Maps and you will receive a prompt that a new version of your maps is available.  Click OK to begin the download. 
• For CoPilot Live Directions customers: You can download the latest free Quarterly map update directly from your phone using CoPilot Live Directions. Within the app, go to MENU > Get Maps and re-download your selected map region.
• For Windows MobileCoPilot Live customers: You can also download the latest version of maps directly from your phone using CoPilot Live. Within the app, go to MENU> Get Maps and re-download your selected map region. 

You can also download your free map update using the latest version of your CoPilot Central 2.0 desktop companion software.  Make sure you also have the latest version of CoPilot Live for your Windows Mobile or Android device.
