This morning we kicked off the first major event of February, with a weather report from Punxsutawney Phil himself. It appears he saw his shadow, therefore we can expect six more weeks of winter. However, it doesn’t seem like we have been experiencing winter like conditions lately. The question still remains, is Phil’s winter prediction accurate?
