Introduce Your Road Warrior Dad to Wikipedia

Father’s Day is fast approaching and like many of you, I struggled to find the perfect gift that would properly honor the man that has provided years of sage advice and shaped me into the person I am today (Thanks again Dad!).

If your Dad loves the open road like mine, he’ll love the Wikipedia feature that’s available in our CoPilot Live apps. Besides providing route guidance and travel information, CoPilot lets your Dad basically be his own tour guide!

For those summer road trips that have an educational theme to it (and we all know what I’m referring to here) Dad can leave his guide book at home. CoPilot ‘s Wikipedia Search feature, allows Dad to explore all the unfamiliar locations he wants. He can tap nearby Wikipedia Places including parks, buildings, monuments and much more! With voice-guided, turn-by-turn directions, navigating to any of these places will be a breeze. Or he can simply read out loud the Wikipedia article, directly from within the app. Dad will enjoy endless hours of enlightening us on our summer vacations! Given everything he’s done for us, the least we can do is sit through his “fascinating facts”.
