We’ve released a complete map update featuring our latest 2012 Q1 map data for all North America & USA CoPilot Live Premium iOS and Android customers. This adds thousands of new miles of roads in the U.S. and Canada and hundreds of map improvements submitted by customers during the months of March, April and May.
Here’s how to get the latest quarterly map update:
- For iPhone & iPad CoPilot Live Premium customers: You can download the latest free Quarterly map update via the latest application update in your iTunes; For Premium HD USA, Premium USA, and Premium USA & Canada customers: Version 9.1.0.297. For Premium HD USA & Canada customers: Version 9.1.0.270
- For Android CoPilot Live Premium customers: You can download the latest version of maps directly from your phone using CoPilot Live. Within the app, go to MyCoPilot > My Maps and you will receive a prompt that a new version of your maps is available. Click OK to begin the download.

Here’s how to get the monthly MapSure updates:
- Go to MyCoPilot > News & Updates and tap “MapSure Map Update Available for Download”.
- Tap the orange Install button at the bottom of the message. You do not need to restart to begin using the new map data.

Do you guys have any ETA when the brazil maps will be updated with more useful data besides the streep map coverage (would be nice to know at what rate you update the international maps too).

this is more a thing i would like to see..i want to be able to type any location in the search, say for example sequoia national park without knowing what city its in, and im say in arizona..i want it to search thru all the us maps and find it and route me just like my tomtom did on my iphone very simple request seems like it only searches around the area where i am..if its a well known location why cant i search without having to know where its located thanx
I just bought the USA Live Premium about two weeks ago, but my software tells me that the June 22nd map update is available. However, there is no install button visible, when connected to wifi or without. It’s very unclear if my current install – since I downloaded the maps /after/ June 22nd – includes the latest update or not. The “latest version” of the GPS software that you have to upgrade to in order to receive the map update is also not as new as the current version I have installed, too.
Color me confused! As a new customer, too, I haven’t been able to figure out how to contact customer service.
Regardless, love the product. After using every single other brand of GPS software for Android OS, CoPilot is by far the best one, and it’s great to see map updates since those are always the thing holding it back.
I am attempting to follow your instructions on updating my maps with your monthly update. I am using Copilot Premium 9.1.0.365.
As described on this page , I can go into “MyCopilot”->”News & Updates”->”Aug 18,2012 MapSure Update Available For Download”, which simply tells me that you have just released a monthly map maintenance update, and that I am to download the new update by tapping “the Install button below”. There are no buttons on the screen.
I am running using a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, with Android 4.1.1 installed. I only have the “North America” version of the maps installed. Am I also supposed to install each of the regional maps (such as “Eastern” and “Midwest”) in order to allow the maintenance to work?
If I go into “Get Maps”, it correctly shows that the “North America” maps are installed, with all of the others available for installation.
I bought Copilot Live for android phone. I downloaded Turkey Map. Is there map updates for monthly and quarterly of Turkey Map?

Our MapSure program that provides quarterly and monthly map updates is only available in the U.S. at this time. For apps outside of the U.S. we will contact you when a free map update is available for your app. You can also check the European Facebook page or Blog for more information.
