Be warned – if you download the version for HTC Touch Diamond from Handango then you DO NOT get CoPilot Central (the desktop companion).
This is essential if you want to load Custom POIs. Unlike TomTom you cannot do this directly from the mobile software.

The link does not mention CoPilot Central DVD. It states
“Supplied on DVD which automatically transfers and installs maps and software to the Touch Diamond”

The DVD does not autoinstall the software to the HTC, as is suggested. Also the package does not come with any instructions for installing the software manually.
Hello Jo. The DVD has an autorun installer and will autoinstall on a Windows PC. There are pictorial instructions provided on the inside cover of the sleeve (basically just has an image for putting the DVD in the drive). If you have any problems installing then please contact our support team who will be happy to help.
