You can download the update immediately through the News & Updates function within the application.

How to install

On opening CoPilot Live Premium,  go to:

Main Menu >  MyCoPilot > News & Updates.

Click on to the Safety Camera notification and your Safety Camera database will be automatically updated.

We’ve introduced the News & Updates feature to keep you current and up to date with your CoPilot Live Premium. Its here where you’ll get the latest news and offers, so it’s well worth checking regularly.

It’s not available here (European Version, Europe Map installed). I’m just getting an empty “News & Updates” Screen.

      Hi there

Can I check which language you have set as default for the app?

OK, switching the language to English UK brought up the safety camera update.

Hi Jonathan – yes you can retain the Europe as the UK Premium is a completely different app.

Is this update available for Iberia map? I can’t see it in my Copilot 9 “News & Updates” menú. Thanks.

I have uploaded the update on my iPhone 3GS but it has not fixed the problem re activating the Active Traffic add on although I have been charged twice for the service.
Also the app does not close down as version 8 did so it just drains the battery. Have unloaded the app until it gets it soughted and have reverted to version 8.
May be the old addige applies “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”!

      Hi Alan

Sorry to hear you’re having problems still with ActiveTraffic – if the upgrade isn’t working for you our support team should be able to help: http://www.copilotlive.com/support.

Assuming you have iOS 4 on your 3GS, CoPilot Live Premium closes in the same way ie – Double click of the ‘Home’ button on the device and then clicking on the ‘no entry’ looking symbol in the top left hand corner of the app.

Hi. I am too having problems to update safety cameras on my iPhone 4. I´ve tried to switch to English UK language, but nothing happens. The screen is still empty. I live in Sweden.
    Help please.

    Hi!

Why is the Update not available in Austria? My default language is set to german.
I bought the CoPilot Live Premium EU v9 and would like to have such updates too.

What about new maps update – we are running on Q3/2010 – e.g. TomTom has Q3/2011…

    Thank you!

Hi Tom – could you try setting the language to English as seeing if the update then becomes available?
