Some of our customers have informed us of an installation issue and accessing CoPilot Live once IOS5 has been installed.
In these cases, it would appear that the CoPilot Live app has disappeared.
A possible reason for this is due to a back up error during the updating process and here’s how to recover the CoPilot Live app.
In iTunes, click on the Purchased icon and then in the bottom right corner, on Download Previous Purchases
iTunes will then open a page with all the content previously downloaded.
Look for CoPilot in the list, if the app hasn’t transferred to your phone during the iOS5 update, click on the iCloud to retrieve it.

In a previous email you sent me from your support you state that i should remove all copilot from Itunes and now its not in my previous purchase folder please explain how do i now get it back on my phone by following this procedure that you are advising on your website for trouble with Iphone updates for IOS 5 … I have tried a number of ways all to no return of my app, please check your support desk with my log in email address to find out my case and help resolve this asap. O yes how can I also redownload copilot europe live 8 map wise if its not showing in in Itunes all i can do is download copliot live 8 europe at a charge of £49.99 and there is no way im doing that for no fault of mine
