How do we get the map update for Android?
Updated application to new version… no new maps!
Removed some maps and downloaded again…. still same map version!
Hi, what maps do you have? Pan Eu map update is live now so please redownload your maps via MyCoPilot > Mymaps
Hi
What does Pan Europe means? Does Pan Europe include DACH, Nordics and France?
What about separate maps like Nordics … do I not need that if I have downloaded Pan Europe?
Thanks
Hi Mittaa,
PanEurope / Europe is the full maps European maps (43 countries) – it includes DACH, France, Nordics and many more. If you are licensed for PanEu maps, you can download the full set or individual regions to save space on your phone.
If you can’t see your map update on Android, please go into Settings > Personalization and enable start screen, then Quit & Restart. You should see the Free Map Update banner, click on it and update your maps.
Yes got it now …Thanks
I think many people do not realize that smaller map regions like Nordics are included in Pan-Eu and Western Europe, so they download both Pan-Eu / Western Europe and region maps!
I would suggest that you add a list of countries included in Pan-Eu / Western Europe like you do for Central Eastern Europe (HR, CZ, EE, HU, LV, LT, SK, SI).
If not room enough you could write PanEurope (43 countries) or something similar to indicate content.
Happy X-mas
