We would like to apologise to existing customers who have lost their maps or experienced issues re-downloading them. If you are still having trouble getting your maps, please follow these steps to get up and running:
After the ‘smarter map management’ screen:
1) If you see greyed-out USA map regions, close CoPilot using iOS multi-tasking. Then restart CoPilot.
2) When you have restarted CoPilot you should see the ‘Smarter Map Management’ screen again.
3) Select the map regions you want to store on your iPhone and download via WiFi.

After recent copilot premium update on iTunes , from smarter map management screen, I am unable to download map of Europe (pan europe) I get message “this map cannot be found” [-1:3]
I have tried reboot of copilot and iphone but still have problem. Everything was ok prior to update. Can you please advise?

purchased alk truckers copilot on 1-30-2012 was able to use it at first now I cannot it is asking me for a 15 diget code I don’t know where to get it . Where does it come from? I cannot use something that I paid 149.99 for and I need to use it. Thank you for any help you can give me or refund my money. Loyal 3146504083
