Navigate easier around London this summer with Games Venues Points Of Interest and on-screen warnings if your route includes part of the Olympic Route Network (ORN)!

To help drivers to avoid anticipated congestion in central London caused by the planned temporary road restrictions during July and August 2012, CoPilot Live Premium sat nav apps for iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices now include specific Games features.

The Games features within CoPilot Live Premium will alert drivers if their route includes restricted roads within the ORN, and will also highlight key games venues and Points of Interest (POIs).

In addition, CoPilot Live’s 12 Months FREE ActiveTraffic™ service for CoPilot Live Premium customers will continuously monitor real-time road speeds and recommend the fastest route to the destination based on actual traffic conditions.

Also, we have another improvement for users: Introducing Google Local Search! By overwhelming popular demand, CoPilot’s Local Search is now powered by Google.

Here’s how to get the Games features for your CoPilot Live Premium app:   

For iPhone CoPilot Live Premium UK & Ireland and Premium Western Europe customers only! 

1. You can download the latest free app update (version 9.1.0.350) immediately through the App Store.

2. Start your CoPilot Live Premium app.

3. Within the app, go to MyCoPilot > News and Updates and select the Olympic Route Network Alerts update. Tap the Install button at the bottom of the screen.

4. You’ll need to exit and restart your app to begin using the Games features.

For iPhone & iPad customers with CoPilot Live Premium Europe, and Premium HD Europe apps. Download today! 

AND

For Android customers with CoPilot Live Premium UK and Ireland, Premium Western Europe Europe and Premium Europe apps. Download today!

1. You can download the latest free app update (version 9.1.0.350) immediately through the App Store, Google Play or CoPilot Store.

2. Start your CoPilot Live Premium app.

IMPORTANT: If you purchased your CoPilot AFTER  27.07.2012 please SKIP step 3 and proceed to steps 4 & 5 below.

3. To use the Games features, you MUST delete your existing maps and re-download new ones. Here’s how:

- Within the app, go to MyCoPilot > My Maps

- Tap Manage in the top right corner then select and Delete your existing maps

- Tap Back and re-download new maps via WiFi

4. Once you’ve successfully downloaded your new maps, go to MyCoPilot > News and Updates and select the Olympic Route Network Alerts update. Tap the Install button at the bottom of the screen.

5. You’ll need to exit and restart your app to begin using the Games features.

That’s it, you’re now ready to start navigating with your CoPilot to find your way around the Games.
